Welcome to Lisa Carzo Realty, LLC! My name is Lisa Chandler-Carzo. I am a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Florida. I live in New Smyrna Beach with my husband, Mike and my daughter, Cristina. I am originally from Utica, New York and lived intermittently between Arizona and Florida for the past 14 years. In addition to my daughter, I have 2 sons (Michael and Joseph), a daughter-in-law (Amy), and 3 cherished grandsons (Nathan, Michael and Dominic).
I developed a passion for Real Estate in 2001 when I worked for the city of Utica, Urban Renewal Agency. I loved seeing the excitement of the clients when they purchased their homes and knew that I wanted to witness that more often.
I obtained my Arizona RE Sales Associate license in 2017. When I moved to NSB in 2018, I had to take the FL course and pass the exam here as well. I obtained that license in July, 2018. Soon after, I began the Broker course and passed the exam in April, 2019.
